the Italian chef prepares the home made fresh pasta, the antipastos, risottos, the meats & fishes all cooked the Italian way, such as porcini risotto, Scaloppine a’ la Boscaiola, Tortelloni di salmone, Tiramisu …

the French chef cooks the French dishes along with the ethnic specialities such as Salmon Tartar, Kangaroo special, chicken Casmir, crème brulée …
